THREE EASY STEPS TO PLACE YOUR PROPERTY AD WITH US
By booking an advertisement with Maisons Bretonnes you are deemed to have agreed to the Advertising Terms and Conditions.
We will prepare your photos and text, when we receive them, and put your advertisement on the web site either when payment arrives via PayPal, or when you email us to confirm that a cheque/PO is in the post.
There is a seven day 'cooling off' period during which you can change your mind. After this period there is no refund.
If your payment does not clear, or the cheque does not arrive, we will remove your advert from the site, but we will contact you first.
OR if you cannot email photos, POST your photos to one of the addresses at the bottom of the page. Please include a stamped addressed envelope for their return
Guidelines for emailing your photos
They can be sent as attached or inserted files with an email.
Not too small - we display the main property photo at 300px wide,
and most of the others at 250px wide, so they need to be at least
these sizes.
Not too large - if your images are megabytes in size and you cannot reduce them, then please send them in batches (attached to several emails).

Property details:
Brief information only is displayed on the small advert, but you can put a lot more detail on the full page for you property. Please state what kind of property it is (cottage, modern house), what condition it is in, and the number of principal rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms. It is also helpful to potential buyers if you include the approximate size of the main rooms, information about any recent improvements, and some idea about the location, distances to shopping, other amenities or local points of interest, and to rail stations, ports, airport, the coast - as appropriate.
