SECTEUR SCRIGNAC

Situated in a small hamlet and with potential to create two separate dwellings, is this group of stone buildings at present in a state of ruin together with Dutch barn and former stable. Each of the two properties have their own separate attached plots. No services are connected though there are both electricity and water supplies close by, and there is no drainage system.

Some of the original features remain including granite surround doorways and windows together with the remains of a Breton fireplace in one of the buildings.

Some basic renovation work has been carried out, and the property is sold with any remaining materials including a substantial quantity of roof timbers and concrete blocks.

Scrignac is in the Parc d'Armorique, on Route D42, NNE of Berrien and Huelgoat (about 12km). Google map link. The commune has about 1000 inhabitants.
