in a quiet hamlet a stone's throw from the nearest town

Situated 3 miles south of the small town of Bourbriac in a small hamlet, the cottage has electric radiator heating and is comfortably equipped for 2/4 persons with the following facilities:

The fitted kitchen and dining table. Cuisine SAM.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, gas hob and electric oven, together with toaster, kettle, coffee percolator, cookware, crockery, glasses and cutlery. A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the adjacent outbuilding.
The open plan ground floor is divided into an open plan lounge with granite fireplace, and chestnut fitted kitchen/dining area with dining table and four chairs. There is a large sofa which converts to a double bed. Colour television and hi-fi are available.

On the first floor is a bedroom with king-size bed, pine wardrobes and cupboards. Duvets and pillows are provided. Linen is not provided.

Bourbriac has a supermarket and there are various other small shops including two bakeries, butchers, newsagents and post office.

The busy town of Guingamp is only 8 miles north of Bourbriac and there are plenty of shops, three large supermarkets (Carrefour, Intermarché and Leclerc), plus bars and restaurants. The picturesque northern coast with its beaches is about 40 minutes' drive.

The port of St Malo is 80 miles, and the port of Caen is 186 miles.
