Gite 2:

Ground floor:  Open plan lounge with kitchen area, fireplace with fitted woodburner.  Mezzanine bedroom.  Second bedroom which currently has a utility room leading off but which area could be used to extend this bedroom. 

Adjoining open store of wood and corrugated iron. Patio garden area. 

Swimming pool (this is currently shared by gîte guests).

Drainage to the two gites is via a septic tank system, but the water and electricity meters are independent.
