St Thegonnet is a village of over 2000 pop. not far west of Morlaix, well known for it's Parish Close. It is close to the coast (less than half an hour's drive), to the wonderful scenery of the Monts D’Arrée national park, and is easily acessible from Roscoff to the north, or Brest on the west coast. For fishermen, there is a good trout river nearby.
