Our Brittany property portfolio
Property for sale is organised in price bands - use the links on the left to view them. There are usually several pages of properties in each price band. Properties needing all or part renovation are mostly in the lowest two price bands, and there is a separate page for those over 100,000. Arranging to view properties
When you have decided on a short-list of properties you would like to see,
our English representative, who speaks French and English, will be happy to arrange the viewings for you and to accompany you on visits to the selected properties. We can also advise you on travel arrangements and accommodation. If you see one or more properties that you are interested in, contact us and we will arrange viewings for you.

We aim to help you make the most of your property viewing trip to Brittany by coordinating appointments to fit with your time-scale and travel plans. When planning viewings, please allow for travel time as the properties may be located several kilometers apart, or more. We recommend that you visit no more than five or six properties a day.

Other services
Our services have been extended to offer help not just up to the moment the choice is made, but also through the steps of the purchase process, and with contractors, works and any after sales service required including a property management/maintenance service.

We will also soon be offering seasonal lettings.

About us
We work with a well-established registered (Carte Profesionelle No. 272, Côtes d'Armor) French estate agency based in central Brittany. Our 'Maisons Bretonnes' English-speaking representative has just moved back to Brittany after a few years living in the UK. She has bought and 'refreshed' her own cottage in Brittany so has a good understanding of the needs of our UK clients.
